Getting Started

You’re a seasoned pro so you’ve got your stall display under control but some things to remember for market day:
- Have business cards.
- Promote attendance on social media.
- Charge your EFTPOS machine.
- Bring your table and display items.
- Don’t forget your clean table cloth.

Specific bump in details for each event will be emailed to you a few days prior to the market so keep an eye out.

Stall Details

Each stall is 3x3m.

You will need to bring all stall equipment with (displays / tables / chairs) you as well as an appropriate shelter (with weights - no pegs allowed).

Set up: from 8am
Market: 10am - 3pm

*Please note the number next to your name on the allocations list and staff will direct you to your stall on market day.

Items

You will need to bring all stall displays with you including tables, chairs, clothes racks, easels, mirrors etc.

All stalls are required to have a clean, floor length table cloth (if using a plastic trestle table).

The market site is outdoors so a marquee/umbrella is a good idea and please ensure you make provisions for your stall display in case of wind.

Bump-in.

Bump-in for hot food is at 7.30am sharp while craft stalls can begin bump-in from 8am.

Please note the colour and number next to your name (see allocations) and staff will direct you to your allocated stall on market day.

Unloading takes place within the parking zone (see site map). There is no car access to the market site.

Bring a trolley and helper to ensure a quick set-up and pack down.

This event is non-smoking.
