  • The market runs from 10am until 3pm. Setup can commence at 8am ready for trade at 10am.

  • Casual Rate:
    Craft / Produce — $88 per day
    Hot Food — $110 per day

  • We’re on the lookout for locally handmade art and design based products as well as quality produce and hot food vendors.

    All applicants will be reviewed on the quality of their work, uniqueness of work to the market, and the product mix on display for requested dates.

    Note we’re not accepting imported/mass produced goods, alcoholic beverages, coffee vendors and other hot drink vendors.

  • All stall payments must be made upfront during the application process for your booking to stand.

    In the event we're unable to offer you a stall for a selected date, a full refund will be provided.

  • If the date you’re after is sold out, you'll be added to our waiting list so we can get in touch if spaces open up!

    We try to provide as much notice as possible regarding availability but space is dependent on cancellations so timings can be variable.

    Any fees paid will be reimbursed in full should be be unable to offer you a stall.

  • Each stall is 3x3m

  • All stalls are located outdoor so we recommend having a marquee for shelter from sun/rain.

    You’ll also need to provide all display equipment including tables, chairs, shelves, racks etc.

  • As the market is outdoors, we encourage stallholders to bring along a marquee to provide shelter from sunshine/rain. Marquees must be appropriately weighted with sand bags or water weights no metal weights/pegs can be used.

  • Metered parking is located on Cardigan, Argyle Place (North & South) and Lygon Street. Paid parking is located at Paid parking is available at 265 Faraday Street (ACE Parking).

    A loading bay is available for you to drop off your goods on Argyle Place North from 8am.

    Note there is no vehicle access directly to the market site. Please bring a trolley to load goods to and  from your vehicle.

  • The Lygon Street Market runs in all weather types so please come prepared with appropriate shelter.

    No refunds or credits are offered for general rain etc however where adverse weather means we need to cancel entirely, stall credits are provided for you to use at the next scheduled market date.
