Getting Started
You’re a seasoned pro so you’ve got your stall display under control but some things to remember for market day:
- BYO display/table & chair.
- Don’t forget your marquee/umbrella.
- Food/bev stalls should register attendance via FoodTrader website.
- Promote attendance on social media #heidemarket
Specific bump in details for each event will be emailed to you a few days prior to the market so keep an eye out.
Stall Details
Each stall is 3x3m.
You will need to bring all stall equipment with (displays / tables / chairs) you as well as an appropriate shelter (with weights or pegs).
Set up: from 8am
Market: 10am - 3pm
This event is non-smoking.
Rubbish is to go home with you.

Allocations
*Please note the number next to your name on the allocations list and staff will direct you to your stall on market day.
Items
You will need to bring all stall displays with you including tables, chairs, clothes racks, easels, mirrors etc.
All stalls are required to have a clean, floor length table cloth (if using a plastic trestle table).
The market site is outdoors so a marquee/umbrella is a good idea and please ensure you make provisions for your stall display in case of wind.
Bump-in
Gates open for bump-in from 8am.
Please note the colour and number next to your name (see allocations) and staff will direct you to your allocated stall on market day.
Unloading takes place via Banksia Park (see site map). You can not access the market from the Heide Museum upper car park.
Note, there is no car access directly to your stall. Bring a trolley and helper to ensure a quick set-up and pack down.

On Site Parking
Only one vehicle allowed per stall.
Entry to Heide Market on-site parking will be via the Banksia Park loading zone.
Whilst the parking area is significantly closer to the market zone, you will not be unloading/parking at your specific stall site.
Once you’ve entered the on-site parking, your vehicle must remain on site for the duration of the market - you will not be able to exit and re-enter for any reason.
Gates will open for entry between 8-9.30am and will reopen for exiting from 3.30-5pm.
There is a $20 fee per vehicle. Please have cash ready as payment is required prior to entering.
There is no requirement to park on site. You can choose to utilise existing parking options and cart your goods to the market zone.
Access will be first come, first served. Should the on-site parking fill up, you will need to use existing spaces in Banksia Park.
Please allow plenty of time for set-up and be patient with our car parking attendants during this time.
