Stall Allocations

Get all the important market info below.

  • Each stall is 3×3m approx.

    The market is fully outdoors so we recommend having a marquee/umbrella for shelter.

    The area is well lit so you shouldn’t require additional lighting.

  • Market dates are listed in the application.

    The market day runs from 5-9.30pm and bump in starts at 3pm.

    A full bump-in schedule as well as stall allocations will be emailed to you on the Thursday prior to the event.

  • You’ll need to provide your own stall set up including tables, chairs, table cloth, displays, clothes racks etc.

    As the market is outdoor, we also recommend you bring a shelter.

  • You’ll need to provide your own POS system eg Square to process card transactions.

    Of course you can also accept cash.

  • Stall allocations are sent out on the Thursday prior to market day.

    Please make a note of your allocation so market staff can show you to your allocated stall upon arrival.

  • All stallholder parking is on the streets surrounding Gasworks. This is free to use.

  • Gasworks Christmas Night Market operates from 5pm until 9.30pm. Bump-in is from 3 pm to 5 pm, while packdown takes place from 9.30pm till 10.30pm.

    • IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the recent heavy rain, we're no longer able to park on site. Unloading can still take place near your stalls, but parking will be on surrounding streets. Street parking is free of charge.

    While bumping-in:

    • During bump-in/out time, vendors must follow instructions from the Market Management marshals while driving within the market site.

    • Driving speed within the market site is limited to walking pace (5km/h) and hazard lights must be flashing.

    • All vehicles must be parked as per the Market plan unless authorised by the Market Manager.

    • All vehicles must report to reception before entering the park.

    • All vehicles must not be left unattended and safety of other vendors and the public must be top of mind at all times.

    • Market Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle into the park.

    • Vehicles may not drive over flowerbeds.

    • All vehicles must be guided by a person walking in front of the vehicle at all times to monitor their speed and safety.

    Stallholders are prohibited from moving their vehicles during market hours.

    After the start time of the market, no vehicles may enter the marketplace area.

  • The market will still go ahead in rain.

  • If you’re unable to attend a booked event, let us know at least 7 days prior to the event and we can reschedule you to a new date.

    We can’t reschedule you when cancellations are made within 7 days of the event.

    If the market can not go ahead, we’ll automatically reschedule your booking to our next market date.

    In an exceptional circumstances where a refund is granted, Management will retain a $20 fee.
